用戶培訓/文檔組負責組織項目相關人員對最終用戶進行各個級別的培訓,包括制定培訓計劃、編寫培訓資料、安排培訓教師、評測培訓效果等。 除培訓以外,還負責收集和整理工程實施以及系統開發中產生的所有文檔資料(書面或電子形式),并及時向用戶單位交付技術文檔。
